Aramex, a popular logistics firm in Dubai, has launched a new AI enabled chatbot on Facebook Messenger named ‘Aramex Bot’. According to the announcement made by the company the chatbot will offer personalised conversations in English and Arabic with customers, acting more like a customer care service.
The chatbot can also detect customer’s satisfaction with the help of AI and machine learning. The service will be available across the Middle East very soon. The company will keep updating the technology with additional features and languages.
The chatbot launch comes after Aramex launched a mobile app last year that offers package visibility and tracking, in-app payment, delivery scheduling, live tracking and a courier rating system.
The use of AI enabled chatbot will reduce the working cost of the company.
